Confused about Heng Long Abrams versions-NG needs some help!

I bought the clear glass plastic sprue collection from the Tamiya M1 Abrams spare parts, although I haven’t gotten around to installing it. Really want to get their brass etch stuff to upgrade my HL Abrams, but they never restock it.

I’ll second John from ECA, he has a bunch of super detailed accurate 3D printed parts for the 1/16 Abrams. I’ve gotten a couple, but like the Tamiya glass parts, I haven’t gotten around to installing them.

While I’m on this tangent I’ll also say, just get one tank, and max it out. There’s a ton you can do before you need to move on to another tank. I have more tanks than I have time, and I kind of wished I just got one at a time. Now I’ve got a bunch of half finished tanks because I can’t buckle down on just one, and I don’t have a ton of free time.

I also have the Merkava, it’s no different from any other 1/16 HL. The front wheel drive makes it kind of impossible to put the metal 550 motor gearboxes in, but other than that it’s not really complicated.
