Taigen Panther G hull fitment/alignment

Post by LordLudikrous »

Hi everyone, I've just gotten my Panther that I'm starting as my next project and I'm doing some test fittings to make sure it all goes together properly. I've noticed the hull doesn't quite fit properly on the rear right hand side, leaving a large gap.

The other side and the rest of the tank fit fine. Is there a way of rectifying this and if so how? Or is it defective and I need to contact the vendor?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, yep that did the trick. Left it to soak in hot water for a while, then clamped it in place, then used a hairdryer on it for a time. All sorted.
