- Personally , if the tank is new it would be best to inform your supplier about getting it exchanged as ' faulty ' because there are several things that cause this problem . It could be a broken connection ( loose wire ) in the tank or more seriously , the transmitter - I have had this happen as have others , there is no real fix for that , another Tx is needed . Otherwise you will have to open the tank and look , and that will negate the warranty
