Thank you for the drawing I get your questioning now but the issue is the first metal disk should wrap around the plastic parts and the second should sit on it to create a gap I think I got it now

8O why, not possible to return the tank? the top can be dismantled, in any case you have to do it, one by one, so separate them from part ME 1, is there a small BTR screw?

It’s just annoying to unplug everything but so far I have done one side and put everything back, so not too bad

Another picture of the side it shows track teeth between the two sides of the wheels
Sir, with all due respect, those wheels are wrongly assembled and your tank will not work good until you fix them. Remove the wheels, unscrew them and fit the metal parts correctly. Otherwise you will have the issue

It must look like here, Image And not like you assembled it. if the metal parts touch each other, is wrong.

But worry not, is an easy fix. In 15 minutes it should be done
Fixed everything thank you thank thank you so so much. Sometimes I am not the smartest, thank you. Works more smoothly now, feel like it’s perfect now

Thank you Boss, without you pointing that out I wouldn’t have noticed, perfect now

It's not taking you long to get the tank running properly by coming here and asking for advice. It's good to ask questions here as it is a pretty good bet that somebody has already built any tank before you have. 3.5 years ago I had zero clue, no RC experience at all. Finding this forum and joining our club were the 2 smartest things I did. Of course now I've just bought my 17th tank today :'( In a few years you might be the one giving advice to another newcomer ;)

Hopefully I will be giving advice but cannot thank you guys enough, just wanna know after fixing my idlers yesterday my tank as I told you slightly veered to the left and I trimmed it right so it goes more in a straight line, do tanks usually run in a very straight line or adjusting the trim is normal?

So many variables. Almost all these tanks use two motors and two "speed controls" in the MFU to power the tracks. Friction, track adjustment, age of the motors and cleanliness of the gears would all lead to having to trim the tank to run straight.

Thank you for your answer mate appreciate it, one more question tho I noticed that my tracks are not totally even on both sides is that normal, I know the tracks are the same number of tracks but I think it’s just the tension system where one might be more tight compared to the other, I saw on Rads picture his tracks were also a little bit uneven where one seem to be but further? Is that just comes with the idler tension adjustment?
