Transmitter, receiver, and upgrade suggestions
Re: Transmitter, receiver, and upgrade suggestions
I think all you need is to make them self centered for RC tanks. Heli radio doesn't have self center sticks.

Aero or Heli radios will be ok for tanking. All you need to do is like Mike says center the one gimbal and the rest is programming

Re: Transmitter, receiver, and upgrade suggestions
Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a rc2hl module in the uk or are they only available from Oz ??
Re: Transmitter, receiver, and upgrade suggestions
I have an hk-t6a from hobby king and receiver. RX-18, and rc2hl , mako board, hammerhead and self centering lever all from rctanksaustralia.com
all seem to work pretty well. I also installed a capacitor unit for the HK receiver to give constant power when the rx-18 is asked to perform alot of simultaneous actions, it tends to lose power and reboot. I am using servos to control recoil and elevation. Or at least I am working on that lol

I think Immortals still have a couple RC2HL. He is in Canada so not quite as far as Oz. Just crossing one ocean instead of two.Ribsey wrote:Can anyone tell me where I can purchase a rc2hl module in the uk or are they only available from Oz ??
