My Jagdpanther recently stripped one of its original Heng Long metal gearboxes so I've been looking for replacements.
I managed to get a pair of Asiantam low profile gear boxes but the holes in the new gearboxes don't match up with the locating pins and holes on the tank chassis.
Does anyone know if there are different chassis types for this tank or if I have to get hold of a certain gearbox?

Re: Jagdpanther gearbox
As far as I know apart from long or short drive shafts (plus low profile) all gearboxes for heng long are the same so holes should match up.
I'm thinking you got the slightly different style boxes with brass gears? As these are quite different to the heng long ones, but again meant to replace heng long ones so would expect them to fit.
Could you fit a metal plate to the chassis then fix the gearboxes to that?

Re: Jagdpanther gearbox
I mounted mine with a metal plate and riser, this allowed me to add 400 motors.
