Been a little while since the last update so figured I'd better post something! Progressed a bit more on the detailing, work and holidays got in the way, also got distracted when I bought a Torro T34/85!. Anyway since the last post I have finished applying the Atak resin zimmerit to the rear of the hull, fitted the mounts for the Schumo 'C' hook holders, added some detail to the jack block, added the rear reflector, fitted a working blue convoy light and drilled out the hole for the hull M.G. gun sight. The Atak zimmerit looks effective, can be a little tricky to fit, you have to sand the back of it to get rid of the shiny surface to give the adhesive a keyed surface, same on the hull, I used quick set resin adhesive for the easy bits and a slower setting resin adhesive for the fiddly bits to give time for postion adjustments and getting any air bubbles out from underneath the zimmerit sheet.
