:wave: :thumbup: hello mate and welcome like everyone has said take your time buying tamiya are the rolls royce but comes with a price but its up to you, i also have a brushless skyline all metal tamiya make its all about speed with cars but tanks are more fun

Thanks for the warm welcome guys

After reading through a lot of this forum , I am actually starting to lean more towards the Heng Long tanks rather than tamiya . The reason being is that I think I would enjoy upgrading a standard model and spending time on it bit by bit rather than buy a model that has all the options included (if that makes sense ) .

Im really enjoying reading all the build threads . Some very impressive stuff on here . :thumbup:
