I dont know enough yet, but I agree with you, atleast in this case. Was never satisfied. And I dont have enough control on the airbrush to do the subtle highlights I wanted to do with the gray.

Did just a little to the Tiger today, started rusting the exhaust a la "shake and bake" like Sax, and applied/destroyed the decals. Mammoth survived. I had to paint numbers and cross. I also put it back together and took it for a spin. It drives better than my Jagdpanther. More control.
