Phil's probably waiting until after he ships the truck load of parts he owes me before he announces any deals - the rebate would be a costly one for him in my case, lol
I was just joking - Phil and I are good, both waiting on El-mod / Profiline for my SU-152 kit and electronics.Ex-Pat, I'm not sure what's happening with you and Phil. I just hope that everything get sorted out in a way that you are both satisfied.
I'm not the kind of guy who expects custom parts to show up the day after it gets ordered. My SU has been on back order for several months - but I'm not the only one in that boat, so pounding on Phil isn't going to get my stuff here any quicker. And the rest of my order I'm also not to worried about - I've had a belly full of folks ordering custom stuff and then bitching about that it didn't turn up the next day - If people want it all now, then they should just buy a tamiya full option kit and shut the **** up! - just my opinion...
I've been poking Phil periodically to remind him about my order, but I have never demanded that he drop everything and do my stuff - I'll leave that to the more impatient members of the community out there... (well, ok maybe the last email went along the lines of "spring is here, can I have some of my order, please" - but thats not exactly an unreasonable request, and he's pulling it together right now, so no complaints here)
