I sent a email back saying that I was prepaired to pay for the repairs and I am still waiting for a reply
well I have given up on the Hobby Co and bought a KT MFU and now have a fully functioning Jagdpanther again complete with traverse sounds.

Hi everyone, nothing back from Hobby Co at all. As it happens the MFU was checked at the Weston Super mare meet and was declared DEAD by Septon. After taking off the cover it was found I had burnt out a couple of things on the board. However not all is lost as I have picked up another MFU which I will NOT be experimenting on. I only hope this puts off anyone not competent with electrics from playing round with Tamiya or El mod systems it's an expensive option if things go wrong. All the best for now.
