Re: My scratch built Porsche Tiger/Ferdinand
Thanks Ian. I can't read all of the site.... Wonder if the elephant in plastic or can it be made in aluminum??
Re: My scratch built Porsche Tiger/Ferdinand
It's plastic,if you click on (Bauanleitung) building instructions, it shows the parts as they are joined together.Assembly details, man would I like to have his CNC Machine, endless possibilities. Blake
Re: My scratch built Porsche Tiger/Ferdinand
Forgot the other choice(Einbau Porschefahrwerk) installation porsche chassis, the parts in this assembly are metal,I believe aluminum,This seems to be a very detail kit.And the CNC cut parts seem to fit together very well. This fellow has some skills,he had to engineer it in the flat, that means knowledge of AutoCad.Either skill is enviable, but the CNC technology is simply amazing compared to 10 years ago. What will it be like in another 10years? I know Tracked will chairs for our old age. Blake

thx blake
Yes, my first step was to create the Porsche Tiger and the Ferdinand with 3mm Plastic plates. Now that all the bugs are worked out I can create the new metal version as a kit.

If I have more time I will create an English version of my web site.
