Sooooo, what you're saying is there's a few spots for improvement?!
Stellar work getting everything squared away and squared up for reliable running. If I was a designer at Tongde I'd be studying your improvements pretty closely. They are neat and tidy and to be honest, look better than factory.

The tailgate is now secured to the hinges with M1.6 screws.
The handle for opening the door is now in the correct position and functional.

How open/close the tailgate?
A little winch, hide in the fuel tank will solve this "Problem":
