Thanks Rob,
I bought the Tamiya Shurzen armour sprues from Axels before Brexit it is now very difficult/expensive buying Tank spares be it Tamiya or Heng Long from a German dealer which is why I never bothered looking,
Buying the Coolbank kit from Ali-Express will probably be cheaper and I do not expect to have to wait much longer for it than from the EU.
That is valuable advise certainly when I fitted the Tamiya armour it needed care in getting it aligned but it is very rewarding when it is completed.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

The Coolbank Schurzen Armour came today and I can agree totally with Rob, The Turret armour certainly makes Tamiyas look like a 1500 piece jigsaw puzzle in comparison,
It is a one piece prefomed sturdy but flexible item with all the brackets in place,
I shall take on board Robs tip about predrilling the brackets except because I will be mounting it on the Taigen Metal Turret I shall tap threads into the turret and use bolts to hold it in position,
The side armour was a pleasant surprise, Rob did say it was metal but it really is a very nice job of work,
I thought before it came that it was a bit expensive but having seen it in the plastic/metal I now think it is good value,
Recommended.
