There is a lifting hook, similar to the ones at the front on the gun mantlet.

Thx guys.
I have to figure out how to make the "bottom or floor" of the opening.
On my Tiger, there is none. It's open.
That should be fun.

Infill done.
The nail I was going to hacksaw has too small a diameter.
Gotta keep looking for a stubby nail.

You know I’m going to end up doing this on the captured tiger I have been doing since for ever
It’s your tank it’s what you make it

I'm a hack when it comes to scratch fabbing but it wasn't a big deal. The ugly stuff can't be seen on the inside. The only challenge for me was the hole has an arc. I warmed the styrene in hot water and bent to shape.Exhibitedbrute wrote: ↑Wed Apr 02, 2025 11:27 am You know I’m going to end up doing this on the captured tiger I have been doing since for ever
Of note the real hole for the lug doesn't resemble the Heng Long casting.

Tiger 131

Heng Long you can also notice the absence of outer wall from the weld line.

Taigen is squarish albeit not exactly correct but the hole is deeper and includes the lug.
