Trackspads are installed
Now IT should have enough Grip and IT Looks Like a track.
I designed also some grousers to improved the Offroad ability.

The tracks are short enough that maybe a TPU rubber band style track would work?
A friend did manage to come up with a viable design for the WSN M3.

Pretty odd to see a vehicle that the most attractive part of it is the gun !!

Could be possible. Had to measure the lenght and could do IT. Should be easy to do
