Looks like the Stg 44 curved barrel they used for hosing off tanks-

Herr Dr. Professor wrote: Wed Nov 20, 2024 1:51 am I'm trying really hard to imagine how you bent the brass, Ian. Did you fall on your bu--unh--barrel? :haha: Was the brass inside the plastic barrel at the time? It seems from the photos that the plastic is not broken at all. Lordy Mordy, you must have been having fun. ;)
HDP. The original barrel was fixed, to the recoil unit with plastic tube. The copper pipe was found in a skip, on the side of the road. It was cut down to fit after trying it.

Very droll.

....I think I must be developing the Challenger 2 sense of dark horror humour - now I really am looking forward to working on my older version Challenger 2 with some enthusiasm..........NOT !
They just require some love, care, and maintenance.

Message Maxmekker on this site. He is your man. Tell him what you want, and he will supply a kit.

These volume controls are a little big, but they do work with Clarks:

https://www.amazon.com/TWTADE-Adjustabl ... 9hdGY&th=1

You need the 10K ohm version.

Also, Taigen/Torro sells the volume controls as they are the same for the Clark boards:

https://www.taigentanks.com/products/ta ... -cable-set - Been sold out for what seems like forever.
https://www.torro-shop.de/Cables-Set-24 ... -PCB-Board - Doesn't look like they sell the sound cable seperate, but it is part of this bundle.
