I'm starting this thread to show you the construction of a 1/16 scale SSy flatcar. I have always liked the photos of panzers being transported by rail, they seem like an ideal complement to show off our tanks statically.
I have started from a static 3D model at 1/35, which I have modified quite a bit to be able to print it with quality on my 3D printer. Additionally, I have created and/or redesigned some pieces to give it more consistency and robustness.
The general measurements are approximately 70cm long by 20cm wide. It has been quite a challenge to print everything on my printer with a bed size of 18x18cm


I am going to build the loading deck with wooden slats. During construction I realized that the 3D model is not precise in some details, but I think they are acceptable given the attractiveness of the set. The gauge will be 89mm, with the idea of using it in the future in the diorama of some colleagues from Madrid, which is under construction.
