Check as Jimster suggests track tension, have a check inside for binding anywhere, and also check that the track isn't jumping a tooth on the drive sprockets. Does is wander on other surfaces like a wood floor or smooth tile?

It still happens on surfaces like wood floors and smooth tiles. I checked it once again, and this time there wasn't anything blocking the gears, and none of them seemed to be skipping a tooth, or so I thought. I have provided another link showing what the gears look like. I just noticed that my right sprocket is bent forwards, and I also noticed that the curve lessens when I reset it to the 'factory setting.' Now I'm wondering if the problem lies with the motherboard inside the tank or the remote, or if the gears are bent in the wrong place. If you visit the second link, you'll see that the gears on the left are perfectly straight, but on the right, they're bent.
