The more, the merrier- as ye olde saying goes. As for the sagging undercarriage, well, in time gravity always begins to take a mighty toll on all things- animate, or inanimate! I see that Tamiya have just produced a 1/35 scale Comet. It would probably make a decent 'artist's model' for a grown up version. But, I'm sure you won't need one posing for you.

Blessed with wall -to -wall Sun today, albeit with a brass monkeys style Arctic wind
, I thought I'd add a German element to an outdoor tableau. Here, complete with white flag in the Tamiya Jagdpanther (after my Tamiya Panzer IV my favourite German bit of armour), is my only properly painted Panzer tanker. He does, however, sport an atypical 'tache. Panzer crews often looked a tad unkempt, I think, but I've not seen any with moustaches- unshaven, yes.
This is a Jagdpanther ambush.
(Yes, totally improbable
)

Here, the outnumbered Leutnant is waving the white flag. The barrel droop was probably occasioned by the crew's penchant for beer.
Here, a couple of Godzilla-sized Westies decided to photo-bomb the pic...

Thanks, Adam.
Yes, I know. The 1945 Centurion (but based on the Tamiya kit) would be my choice. Some Centurions were sent to Europe, just as the war there was winding up. Too late to test them against Tigers 1 and 2.
I like the look of the Mk 1, with 17-Pounder and 20mm cannon alongside it.

Salute, Major Roy! I was wondering what happened to you. Three cheers for the new outbuilding! May we see photos of the inside? FYI: my sweetheart (even at our age) has set us up for a trip to Scotland. It will be busy and edujumacational (that's the term used by the proper professoriate) for--what did you call us--the early Boomers? (Were all the early Boomers late bloomers?)

Welcome back 43rdRecceReg. I too wondered where had gone to. Even if I always feel like a naughty school boy when I miss-spell a word. The new man cave looks good. Your models, photography and little diorama are superb and gave me a smile. Not quite as north as you but we have had some good weather of late.

Thanks, Prof!. Yes, there's more substance to your line: '...early Boomers, late bloomers...' than you might have imagined.Herr Dr. Professor wrote: ↑Thu Apr 27, 2023 12:58 am Salute, Major Roy! Yes, I shall- in due course- post a pic from inside the new bolt-hole

Cheers, Mate!. Argyle is also lovely. My G- G-G- Grandfather, Neil Livingstone was born on Seil island- not too far from Oban. I mean to visit, one of these days. His daughter, Grace (my G-G-Grandmother...and no, I don't have a stammer!) was born in Oban. Now, I HAVE been there. It's lovely. Years back, I also went to Mull and Iona; just because they're not to be missed
