in the first link it is correctly id as a kv-85
in the second link that is a kv1s85 they are 2 differant turrets
the kv1s85 was the experimental unit and the kv85 was the production unit

Excellent, now we know exactly what you are building. Sorry for any confusion I may have caused, but trying to follow the development of the KV series is in itself confusing.  ???

Let's see some progress pics Bubba, I may be getting a KV myself soon.  ;)

If you lads need any translation for you KV-1 my Mrs is Russian so I have a spot for Russian Tanks nice photo by the way up to now I have the KV-1 T34 KV-2 big turret
