KV!S -85
strarted the kv1s-85 conversion just need to finish thickening the lower turret and add the mantlet pices to finish
here are some pics
just finished widening the turret base to match the KV1S now just have to rebuild the mantlet

nice conversion I was going to do that but all the kv1's are sold at the moment never mind save my pennys for the sherman

Thats great.
Shows how big the KV 1 is,that turret looks big on my T34,the KV1 makes the turret look small!

The KVIS-85 turret was quite different to the T34-85 Turret. I'm sure Bubbajoexx will rectify that though.

the turret you have pictured is the KV85 the KV1S/85 uses the KV1S turret the KV 85 is the new turret that was rebuilt and also used on stallenMackem wrote: The KVIS-85 turret was quite different to the T34-85 Turret. I'm sure Bubbajoexx will rectify that though.

I got a KV-1 a week back but owing to the flue I have not given it any attention yet but its something to look forward to
