You either purchase a Heng Long BB unit for ten quid off of forgebear, strip it down for that gear, or you speak to me nicely via PM and give me your postal details

Are you sure it's the same dimensions?

With a Vernier I have

hat's 10.5 mm total length.
24 tooth is 15.5 diameter, 2.5 thick.
8 tooth is 6 diameter, 4 long plus another 4 for the smooth shaft between gears.
The bore runs smoothly on a 1.5 drill bit shank.
Looks like the two gears have different pitches, I agree one seems to be mod 5 the other Mod 6

But if I use a tap measure and old eyes I get about the same as you.

I really appreciate your help its amazing :)

thank you so much

I agree. I get useful advice and help here. For example, Rad has been a great help, making me some stencils for a special project at a reasonable price. He seems to have put a lot of time into the project, and he sent me more than just the specific stencils on the same sheet, mailed all the way to the USA in a cool black envelop with silver writing. When I get to the project, I will post a photo of the results of Rad's work.
