hmm...at 45 pounds that's about $90...too much for me.  RC Command is working on some 3:1 steel gears...maybe I'll wait for those.

Hmm..now if those motors don't blow an Elmod board, and will allow my Tiger to climb something bigger than a dying ant, then I would very interested!

I bought a pair of these Gearboxes from Dave at Forgbear a while back, their fitted in a Walker Bulldog. The drive axel is in ball bearings but the drive shafts are the short type for German tanks, you will need to machine longer one’s for the WB, the performance is excellent as there is less resistance in the drive train and the standard H/L electronics works well, also the scale performance is better and as for climbing if it could get grip it would go up the gate post.

Al,  the key to getting the Walker and Pershing to grip is to add weight up front.  Start with 1/2lb and go up from there depending on your mods.
