I agree. He’s top notch with fast shipping if it’s in stock. Mine installed with no problems whatsoever.
Just be sure your idler wheel axle will fit into the new adjuster.

Re: Some HL M1 Issues
Max-I'm in California. Watched some of your videos. I wished I watched them before I started. One of those Trucks you mentioned I was looking at on Amazon. Though for $80 it couldn't be very good, but now I think I'll buy it. I'd like to find a Stryker, but haven't located a decent one yet.
I took apart my M1 as I noticed one of the motors attached to the gears was loose so I went ahead a tightened it. During a function check I then noticed after turning on the tank and moving the right joystick forward the motors would turn the gears, but once I put in reverse both motors would stop and the tank would shut down
I also noticed the buzzing noise is coming from the smoker assembly. I removed the plug from CN7 on the receiver. Them restarted the tank. The gear motors turned but then stopped when I put into reverse and shut down again.
Removing the Plug from just CN5 and seeing if the gear motor would function normally yield the same results and did removing plug from CN6.
Completely removing the plugs from CN5 and 6 and then listening to the speaker while moving the right joystick up and down gave correct sounds and tank didn't shut down.
I'm going to guess my receiver is malfunctioning and I need to get a new one. Does this sound correct?
Also, if the buzzing sound from the smoker is not normal, should that too be replaced? Could a malfunction in the smoker unit cause the receiver to eventually malfunction?
The received I got is an older one. Worth it and is it possible to upgrade to the latest 6 series?
I attached a picture of my receiver as well as a toll I used back when I repaired computers. Some of the spaces on the tanks is very confined and getting the screws back in is difficult. Unfortunately the tip of this tool (I can't recall what the name of it is) is too large. I assume you can get one smaller that will work on things like the screws that hold the gear assembly in place?
Any other suggestions for ways to assist in getting the screws into tight places would be welcome. I tried to temporarily magnetize my Philips head but no go. I didn't see any magnetized screwdrivers at my local hardware store....
One other question-what type of paint should I use to touch up the tan, olive drab and brown colors on my H/L T-90 that matches. When I cut the parts off the plastic spruce it leaves a white remnant I have too file down and I now want to touch it up
Well at least I got my Leopard fully functioning and will add the parts and decals. I HTRC B6 V2 charger today, so I won't have to wait hours for the chargers that came with the tank to fully recharge.

Re: Some HL M1 Issues
The Heng Long Transmitter is not universal across the range of Heng Long control boards,
Each version is different from its predecessor and each version control board has a unique transmitter and while a mismatched transmitter may carry out some functions it will not do all that a matching transmitter will do.

I think I am about to upset someone
