I'll reinforce those Forgebear comments. Dave and Julie have been sending me a run of hard to get parts for my Sherman project. Top notch service and the Gummi bears are a nice personal touch.

Now that Nitrotrek has been crucified, can we constructively move on to Amazon.

If you search 1/16 RC tanks you will get a good number of results. Unlike ebay who seem to police their market for you, Amazon all but promotes their traders to confuse and mislead their customers (that's you and me) by selling predominantly Heng Long tanks but under other fictitious names, with poor or incorrect descriptions and grossly inflated prices. For example, one seller is offering a plastic HL Chally 2 for £2000! Even cheaper examples of this model are around £200 when UK sellers on eBay offer the same for under £160.

This is a massive trader who doesn't provide buyer protection for goods sold by its market traders and doesnt support paypal. There are some good RC traders on Amazon but there are far more crooks and many of these make Nitrotek look like saints!

Your thoughts please?
