Re: Nitro trek (good dealer?)
Hello, good morning,
I have not personally used nitrotek but I would suggest that you go to the recommended/blacklist vendor sections which can be found at the top of the page in the forum heading. If people have taken the time to post there I would read their views on who they would use and those they would not, this could save you your hard earned cash and a lot of heartache in the long run, hope this helps
Cheers, Lee.

Re: Nitro trek (good dealer?)
Please promise me you will avoid purchasing from these people,
They have a DREADFUL reputation,
They attract buyers because they advertise in a market devoid of hobbyists such as us but rather to mum's and dads making a purchase for their child, Who pretty quickly is heartbroken when/if the Tank comes with bits missing/broken and when the doting parent tries to return the Tank gets told they must pay postage and don't bother trying for a refund,
You will be getting on an endless belt of frustration trying to get satisfaction after buying a faulty product from this company.
Nobody on this Forum has ever reported how satisfied they were with their dealings with them.
And you might have noticed that I have not spelt out the name of this dealer that is simply because I would choke on my own words.

I used them once. They sent me the wrong tank. When l complained they replied that their other customers were happy with the model they were sending out! I asked for it to be collected and asked for a refund. Finally l advised l would get a refund via PayPal and they replied that if l accepted the tank l had they would give me a 50% refund. I'm not sure they even understood what l was complaining about. I ordered a tank - they sent me one!!! What's the problem?

In the UK would be my first port of call
In Europe I would go to Doms & ----

These are straight dealers who will look after you and in these present days of enforced detention they are still trading on line.

Just be aware that all retailers, both good and bad, will be suffering delivery delays at the moment so their stock may be low. Dave at Forgebear is working his socks off to look after us!
