Quite possibly, but he knew what he was doing! The antenna length need to be one (or more) times the wave length and the 2.4ghz wave length is very short. Much more convenient than the older frequencies we had.

Yeh but I’ve had it sitting for a couple of months (not sure exactly how long).

I need to upgrade the fixings for the idler wheels as the kit is the Taigen one and it has the pins rather than screw fixtures. I suppose the adjuster is the next purchase then!
