I'm not sure on the price of the CARSON Churchill and will go scope it out. Thanks for the heads up. If too pricey ( and it may be for an old Wolf living in the Rockies in a town trapped in the year 1919 ) I'll cross my fingers for Clark.

Hope the 'Polar Vortex' (-27c to -53c) didn't slide as far South as your ranch. Temps that low would turn Buffalo b*lls into church bells :O :lolno:

Just to keep the pot boiling a bit, here's the most recent image of Clark's Cromwell. Once again, the image was lifted from his Facebook page.

Even though I've already built a Chris Ludwig version of this, it's getting harder to suppress that old, dread 'must have!!' urge. 8O.... It's beginning to manifest itself again. >:< :lolno: ..... :/
Is there yet a 'twelve steps' programme for tank modellers? :wtf:

They are also working on several other tanks

Full metal King tiger
BT-7
BT-42
Goliath tracked bomb
M113A1 ACAV
CM-22 Mortar carrier
CM-21A1
And from what I understand a Maus, a Comet and a Panther Ausf D in the future too

As far as i know they will all be Taigen style using both metal and plastic parts and coming pre installed with Clark boards, Flysky transmitters and TBU's
Image

As for price they look to be similar in cost to a Taigen/Torro, their estimated price for the full metal King Tiger is $700 which is about £533 compared to the Torro king tiger which costs £514 but with all the extras this comes with i will definitely be looking into it when it is released in June-July
Panther D (WIP)
Panther A
Panther G
Jagdpanther G2
Tiger II
Pz.Kpfw. VIII Maus V2
Pz.Kpfw. II Ausf L
Sd.Kfz. 222
Sd.Kfz. 234/2
Leopard 1A1A1
Turm III
VK 45.01 (H)
Churchill VII
Chieftain Mk 3
Gepard 1A2
OF-40 Mk.2
M4A3 (76) W HVSS

I'm with you on that one, Adam. :)
Even so, £500 + really isn't that bad for a British tank made to Taigen Pro spec. If they then produce the Comet as well, it will help meet (in part) the yawning gap in the market for British armour.  It's actually great news, after all the frustration of the past. I'd probably buy one anyway.

It's looking dangerously attractive! 8O (dangerous to my bank balance :lolno: ). I see it also has the hedgerow cutter fitted, like one on the Tamiya 1/35 scale model...
I think I might just have to break into my funeral fund for this one, even though I already have the Ludwig version... :/ So much for the Comet (just ordered!) being the last one...
Must get some counselling for these remorseless urges. :wtf: :D
