With the Nashorn, I am trying to do justice to Alwyn's excellent kit. I have yet to fully grasp streaking and its implementation. Last time I tried it, I basically washed off everything I had put on!
As a side issue, what did you do to convert the gun cradle? Is is a working system?
BTW, excellent work and video.
Hi Richard

I don't know if I'll ever master the art of streaking... (unless I disrobe and run across a football field

)
I've learned that my oil streaking works best when applied to my acrylics not as good with oil based products as it can wash away the finish.
What makes Alwyn's kit so fantastic is the fit and finish lend themselves to a great build and much of it is a joy to assemble.
The gun assembly is as Mr Alwyn designed it. I've only modified the servo linkage to fit a larger recoil servo. This was clearly a result of my error as I tightened the assembly screws too much and the servo jammed up.
The gun traverse is the excellent mini motor design that Alwyn created works flawlessly
