Hi Alwyn,

We are so sorry to read your unhappy report on what seems to have been a very negative experience. We might have an explanation of what might have happened.
Before i share this with i would like to confirm that our Telephone number 01858 880239 is working fully as is our website www.armourgeddon.co.uk we are very much in business and growing.

We suspect that there may have been some confusion between which company the voucher was purchased from and which company your wife attempted to contact. There are several Tank Driving Companies in the UK, some of which have not been as fortunate as we have over the last few years. Until recently there were two very separate companies in Leicestershire offering similar and yet very different Tank focused experiences. Sadly one of these, 'Tank Mania' Based in Swadlingcote in Leicestershire, has appeared to have fallen under and is no longer operating as a company.

It is possible that your wife may have tried to contact 'Tank Mania' rather than Armourgeddon after purchasing an E-Voucher from our website. We have checked extensively on all incoming and outgoing emails and can find no trace of any communication after the purchase made to us.

When purchased online the e-voucher system sends two emails one with the receipt for the purchase made and a second with the Voucher in PDF Format (The certificate). Sometimes these land in the recipients trash folder, the email filters sometimes think it is spam as the Voucher is a High Definition PDF designed for home printing to give the best possible results.

In the interest of diplomacy, we would like to extend an offer to you Alwyn and your wife, If you would like to call our telephone number and be able to confirm your identity during office hours Monday to Friday we can have a chat about it.

Best wishes

Armourgeddon Ltd :)

Thanks for the explanation and yes I believe that my wife tried to contact Tank Mania in Swadlincote as that would have been the location that I would have wanted to attend. We have received a refund of the voucher amount so that issue has been resolved. I can confirm that I did not receive an e-mail confirmation of booking and I do check my spam folder in case anything is misdirected.

I'm not sure what has happened in this case but thank you for coming back and explaining the circumstances. I am glad that the experience is still available to others in the future, however due to changes in circumstances we will not be rebooking.

Thanks again for the contact and explanation
