At £6.99 I couldn’t resist it, may be possible to use it as a central transfer box between the axles.

OK, I did my first job as an HL truck mechanic.

A guy at worked picked one up for his 3 year old grandson, so I just did my first steering box replacement on a stock truck. Flagged a whole quarter-hour on that one.

Naturally I had the parts since none of my trucks run on stock steering anymore, thankfully.

I guess with use the steering boxes wear out kinda quick, so one more reason to be sure we did the right thing when we put in those servos.

Got hinges on order for doors, bonnet, tailgate & folding up rear benches.

More lights to be installed.

Steel frame for canvas top still to be made and solder together
