Clark TK24 problems.

Post by gisalook »

Hi guy I'm having problems with the control of servos for the elevation and recoil. the recoil will work once or twice and then it goes in and stays in and the elevation works intermittently or not at all.
I have phoned Tankzone and emailed them twice but no answer as of yet. So any help please.

Hi gisalook, this is probably a stupid question but have you checked the state of the battery and made sure all the connections were solid? I have had funnies with my tanks and suddenly realised that it was a while since I charged it. Doh.....

Hi there. What radio and Tx are you using? I had a heck of a time once with a Clark board trying to do this without two of the radio signal servos reversed and it wouldn't work properly. I have had the best luck using flysky and or hobby King radios.

Mr Maxmekker might be able to help you if you reach out to him. For my king tiger tank with the tk24 installed I used an inexpensive 6ch flysky radio. What order are four transmitter and receiver channels in vs the Clark board? Send some picturesImage

I was able to achieve this without reprogramming the board with the remote control. Where are your servos plugged into respectively?

One way I tested my servos was to plug them directly into the receiver (port 1 or 2) to test the servo function - you will have to power the receiver if unplugged from the MFU. Sorry if I'm teaching my grannie to suck eggs!!

Hi guys my transmitter is a JR PCM9X11 the receiver is an Orange R920X v2 on 2.4GHz. It looks like the clark board is not powering the receiver properly. I tried different servos of the same make and model in the board and they do the same thing. They are EMAX ES08MA11.
I have tested them before use on an ESKY EK2-0907 servo adjuster, and a Turnigy servo tester. and all was good before conecting to J2 and J4 on the board. Noiw they over run the stops.
Thank you guys.
