Sounds like they are pretty close - according to Swath they've built the first batch and are busy testing them to see what falls off...

Hi Guys This has helped me make my mind up about what to do with the covers on my Firefly.Im going to do it them the quick way as they will be changed as soon as the kit comes from Mato.So just going to paint and fit them as a stopgap till they release the kit.

There are 4 being considered for the next release.

In historical order they are:

M3 Lee
M10 Tank Destroyer
Sherman IC Firefly
M4A3E2 Jumbo

Hi Hope Swathy comes back with good news about the suspension units and they have loads made ready I can see these selling like hot cakes.Have also voted for the M3 .

I voted for the M3 Lee, and then started to mull over how they are going to fit elevation & rotation units for both the commanders turret and the main armament into the hull. Has anyone seen an M3 conversion using the tamiya sherman?

I've seen pictures posted on RCU a couple of years ago I think, but I'm damned if I can find them now. It wasn't a build thread, just a bunch of pics of somebodies mate's collection. I seem to recall the guy had perfected his own VVSS but wasn't inclined to go into production with it. Hopefully somebody here saved a link, because RCU's search sucks...
