My dad has just finished conversating one and the only other bits is the box on the back of the turret and the hatch and it depends of which version of the firefly you want the 1c or 5c as the mato m4a1 is best to do the 1c but you will need the turret or the 5c then it's the heng long sherman
But with themato sherman you will need a heng long turret

Heng long is the 105 and the mato is 76
Also might need a mantle but it is up to you

Depends on how "correct" you want to be. I have seen guys just change the barrel and call it a Firefly right up to full conversions including lengthening the hull . The basics are: small hatch upper hull, turret hatch details, radio box, gun barrel, mantlet, rear deck, just to start with. I have a very good kit that I sell that can slap onto a HL 105 pretty easy but you do have to have moderate modeling skills.

There are a few guys on here who have done or are doing amazing conversions using my kit.

If it the 1c hybrid version then the only things to do is covered the hull machine gun and get the firefly turret set as the you only nend to transfer the electrics over from the turret
