The panther tank from the get go used to burst in to flames before it was Evan delivered just taking of the train they were catching fire a combination of a sealed engine bay for deep wading and poor fuel delivery system (leaked everywhere) and the the carburettors leaked as well
I imagine that's when the crew found this out very quickly
