I've been looking Out for a gator but found nothing that has the number of ribs we require. I did find however a company that 3d prints in rubber so this might be an option to design and print our own...

You are setting the standard with this build, the commander is top notch, and the detail on the rear brings it all to life. If a full metal lower hull appears I will be sorely tempted to join the Chally owners club.

I'm expecting the DKLM metal wheels and sprockets...but have to pay duty first!

Paul,

For the rubber o rings on the DKLM sprocket to widen the track did you use 2 per sprocket. The picture on the DKLM Facebook site appears to show 3?

Paul,

Did you use the DKLM metal return rollers and pillars in your build? I'm about to fit these parts and was wondering if any extra mounting reinforcement is required as they just push into holes in the hull?

PS did you make the grab handle for the drivers hatch or buy it already made?

Paul,

I'm embarrassed to ask this....

Please can you confirm the tie down size staples you used. I bought some standard staples and they are huge compared to yours. You mention no25 is this a mini size?

Nice recoil, seems to work a treat. Two down, two to go!

Can't be much more room in the turret for electrics!

How come you can fire etc with the engine off?
