I have to admit the modern tanks although wonderful in there own way the tanks and halftracks from ww2 are the ones i luv the most.

You can keep your abrams and merkervas the tiger, panthers, shermans and T34's are what make me tick. ;)

Good morning,
For looks and running, It's a close tie between the 'Crackerbox Palace' capture KV-2 and the recent StuG Ausf B. As Tom noted, Pershings are great runners as well and mine is no slouch in the outdoors.
regards,
Painless

Best runner I have - Leopard 2A6, modern electrics and that noise!

Best looking, rugged old Tiger I.

My favourite would be..er... ..the Comet or Cromwell I haven't built (or bought in kit form) yet. That said, I'd quite like a 1/6 scale Firefly with a towbar for my lawnmower. I saw a petrol driven autonomous lawnmower the other day, and that got me thinking..... I could mow the lawn remotely from my lazyboy...using the tank pushing or pulling a mower. Now, that I would love!! :haha:

The downside to using a 1/6 Tank to tow a lawn mower is I doubt you would have much in the way of a lawn left :haha:
Shaun.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

If we're talking about tanks yet to be built or acquired, then it's very, very easy ... wait for it ...

Not really a "tank" but it's one I really, really want.
