I see there is on available in AU but shipping is $42!? Curious if anybody has a source in US or UK etc? I know Gary copied the part but trying to see if I can get the little kit first. Thanks..T

There is a video on "UTUBE" showing how to convert the left stick on a "Spectrum DX6i" to selfcentering mode, just a screwdriver and as easy to reverse the change afterwards if you need to. GO TO-
"U TUBE Self centering left stick Spectrum DX6i"
It has taken longer to type this than it does to do it.
And the best bit is it's FREE!!!

Dx6i is easy. Not sure if the dx6 is different?

No the newer ones or at least mine doesn't have that option..that would be great though!

There needs to be some parts added with a spring which the company can do or one can get the parts
so looking at the parts at this point...rather trying to find the kit for a reasonable price.

Part here is cheap but shipping to US is $ 42 dollars.

This illustration comes from an Addendum I received with my Spektrum manual, and it allowed me to self-centre my unit.It should work for you too, I hope:
