Plenty of Panther reference books here, you just need to download them

Re: Tiger 142 almost lives again
OK almost finished. Just have to do the rear mudflaps, make the turret numbers, some misc. stuff, and weather, I have built the exhaust covers, the spare antenna tube, v'd the side fender, shortened the horizontal sides of the balkenkruez, made and installed the tarp, side stowage hold downs, cupola rain tarp tubes, cupola and turret gun sights, stenciled the ID # on the front plate and track block, and finally installed the crank starter plate. Its been raining so I couldn't paint, but next week is supposed to be good. So I will paint then and hopefully be done

OK I painted everything in my last post and have started on the rear mudflaps and bin hasps. Here are a few pics of where I am at. Also it's first run at DAK.

Thanks, I think by the end of next week all, but the turret #. I couldn't find the right decals so I am waiting for Tankzone to get the German Turret # stencil. I have started converting my Panther G into a D. This is going to be a lot more fun than the 142. Here is a few pics of that

Your Tiger looks excellent TC. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress on your Panther D conversion too. I'm thinking of making my scratch-built Panther G into an A. I've already got a set of early Panther fan grills from Andy (MilitaryMightUK). Did you fabricate the rear deck grills on yours or can you buy them?Tailend charlie wrote: I have started converting my Panther G into a D. This is going to be a lot more fun than the 142.
