First ones had Rev A printed on board next to the word ibu2, then later ones which had a hardware change labelled Rev B.

To be honest I'm guessing your on an old firmware version, so an update should cure it.

V3.0, is that printed on the IBU or the sticker on the CPU (round white sticker)?

Firmware wise V10 is the latest so you could be on old firmware.
