Xe.com exchange rates aren't what your card or PayPal will give you, it's more like 1.22 to the pound. Anyway remember with banzai you get a 2.4ghz tx/rx too

Only thing I would say further about the JS 2...it must be good...as you never see anyone selling theirs second hand
with that said...it's still not worth the expense...to me anyway

Happy New Year,

I like the JS-2 kit a lot. I bought my first Tamiya JS-2 from the AAF Tank Museum in Danville, VA for their going rate, when first available, but a tank club member/collector bought it from me before I could run it and for a nice profit.

I liked the first build and bought another from Banzai Hobbies for $863.35 USD this time last year, which included a Futaba 2.4 radio and insured EMS shipping. The kit arrived in 5 days. The electric battery charger included with the kit is for Japan use only, so I tossed it. There are no custom fees or VAT charges in the USA to pay.

Both models are built out of the box and the only modifications are a metal elevation arm, the clutch gears CA glued solid and I am running KV-1 Tamiya kit tracks on the second build, as some war time photos show, because, they look nasty cool on this commie monster.

Enjoy, John
