Jake79 wrote:I'm never selling another tank on ebay again...this chap I've sold the tank to will not stop messaging me, so I've had to paint and weather some more stowage for him as somehow he said the other stowage got damaged in transport...can't see how as it was sent in it's original box..and even it did that's the risk the buyer take if he wants it delivered...I did say it could be collected...todays messages are that he thinks the battery doesn't work because it's not getting warm when he's charging it..man it's a new Tornado 3800 ni-mh bat..theres nothing wrong with it I had the tank running for an hour before I posted...why is he complaining if he hasn't even put the battery in the tank yet to test it....had enough of this guy theres been a load of other stupid mesages aswell..the postage cost me double what he paid me...I gave him an upgraded battery, posted him some more stowage, you think he would be happy...that's it, if he messages me again I'm just going to offer to buy the tank back I can't be bothered with these sort of people... >:<

If it's damaged in the post you should ask him for photos of the damage so you can help "him" put in a claim for some compensation. I always sell tanks with the original HL battery. In the listing I say that the HL battery is low quality and will probably need replacing and that it is only really supplied so that the buyer can test the tank as soon as he receives it.

The guy messaged back a few times since then realised he should of just put the battery in the tank to test it..and once he actually did, it turned on and works fine, just like I told him charge the battery first and then put in tank , how could say the batter was faulty if he hadn't even tested it.. :/

Have seen those kind of auctions...those two will likely make some money ...I'm sure more will snipe than fight it out since Woz's post...it's probably the best way to go if you really want something...If o***f had held out till the end...he probably would have got those tanks for a much better price
