Hi Paul
After seeing the picture I can confirm that is exactly what happened to mine, I can also see there's a loose one on the other track as well, I bought the same tank from the same company believe me all you need to do is use some loctite and as Painless said make sure they are lined up properly before adding the glue...you will need to do this with all the pins, Its a bit of a hassle but it does work...
