Yep my Tiger is a H/L and my King Tiger is Taigen. The Taigen came with the 2.4 setup but my H/L has he old style with the crystal thats stuck in the transmitter. My Tigers range isn't bad but my KT I can run till its just a little dot at the end of the block and never gets any interference which has happened a couple times but nothing bad has happened just it stops moving. The volume and smoke controls sound pretty cool I may have to give the H/L 2.4 setup a try.

The HL Sherman I purchased from a private party has the newer HL 2.4 system. It is very nice having both sound and smoke control on the transmitter.

Didn't know about the new HL's.
Hmmm I don't use a smoker in my tanks so I wonder if I could use the smoker on/off to switch the lights on and off.
