I haven't added additional lighting or electrical accessories.

Tomorrow I will test with a full battery and will see :) .

Notice, yesterday I made another work on wires. I made a new welding of the wire on/off switch of the tank using this scheme (see the picture, from rctankaustralia.com)

Teo,

For the main switch wiring you definitely need the same gauge wires and nothing skinny. Otherwise it won't bring enough juice to everything on the RX-18. There might not be enough power going to the rest of the tank. The high intensity flash also needs to build up the charge in order to flash properly.

Still think it is battery/power related.

hi guys I have ordered the taigen hull top with infrared turret for the t34/85 to fit on to the heng long lower hull I hope the wireing is an easy job as it is the heng long 2.4 ghz mfu in the lower hull. tanker 242

I have the new taigen t34/85 infrared turret & upper to fit on the heng long lower hull but no info on where the wires from the turret go to on the heng long lower 1, wire is three pin one brown wire, one white & blue wire & one white & brown wire, 1, 5 pin one white,one orange ,one blue, one, dark red,one grey , wires,1, 5 pin with only 3 wires , one orange, one, blue & one yellow wire , 1, blue wire with connector like the aerial connection, one black no connector or pin & one red no connector or pin, so anyone know which wire goes to where its to connect to rx 18 mfu in heng long lower hull, thanks tanker 242.

hi tanker 242 again the tree pin is 1 brown in middle 1 blue &white on one side, &1 light brown &white on the other side, 1, 5 pin has 1 orange,1 white 1 grey in middle, 1 dark red ,&1dark blue, 1,5 pin 1 green at one end 1,orange at the other & 1 yellow next to the orange, 1 blue with battery - connector, 1,red &1black wire with no connectors or plugs, coming from the taigen t34/85 metal turret with taigen plastic hull top ,any info as to where these wires go to would be appreciated tanker 242.

hi guys thanks to KTRob I have now fitted the wires 5pin with 5 wires to cn 2 ,5pin with 3 wires to cn2 blue wire to battery negative, black wire, & red wires to hull top m/g for turret m/g, 3pin to hull top small board next to 8pin plug, but no recoil or flash, dave at forgebear is talking to taigen about this as someone else is having the same problem , tanker 242.

hi guys ,I have sent a pm, to dave at forgebear but still not had a reply about the taigen t34/85 infrared turret ,I have everything working except the flash & recoil , it is supposed to work when connected even to the H/L 2.4ghz mfu infrared 5pin/5 wires to cn2, 5pin/3 wires, green, one end, two empty then orange, & yellow, at the other end, to cn3, 3pin /3 wires to patch board 8 pin hull top , blue wire to battery negative he said he was talking to taigen about it as he has had someone else with the same problem, if anyone can help please , tanker 242

hi guys have had a message from dave at forgebear it needs the green wire in 5 pin with 3 wires for cn3 moved 1 place over so it ends up 5pin 3wires orange then yellow then a space, then green then a space will try it then let him know how I get on , iff using the taigen 2.4 ghz then the green dose not need moveing only move it iff using the H/L 2.4ghz mfu. tanker 242.
