Re: Desert Tiger 1 some more pics
Heres some more pics to update progress, ive removed the metal turret bin from the taigen metal turret and added a resin one with opening bin covers, still got some more brackets to make up for it. The hinges took me about 4 hours to make and patience was wearing thin hence break before i start on padlocks and brackets. Other pics show metal s mine dispensers added to deck so far.

Re: Desert Tiger 1
Doc it annoys me that most Tiger 1 turrets come with the cupolor in the wrong position especially as it can be a real pain to get it right. shaun
I think I am about to upset someone

Re: Desert Tiger 1
The turret has now been realigned correctly. as it was an all metal turret initial attempts to break the seal left me with a broken hatch so i didn't continue the attempt. However i tried yesterday to tap lightly around the cupola seal gently with a light hammer and success it parted without damaging the weld molding i had done. So now it is realigned correctly, a quick paint touch up and happy times
