yes every thing is wrong its a mess will try to reverse things but will have to do tests on bits of scrap I am reasonably happy with the wheels ete, the way they have turned out ,watch this space tally ho wot wot ,once more into the breech

Listen to the many comments Canned it is not a mess...far from it.... Imagine it like this... the tank in the field... it's first adventure out.. it's an unusual wet season there in Israel ...crews ... men ... whatnot... climbed ... crawled all over it ... giving it the look it has now....now it is the hot season..it's been in the field for three..four years.... the fresh paint stained with mud is now faded....basically meaning.. all you have to do is lighten the original color and do a light fade over the top surfaces or where you think the sun would have beat upon it the most

We have faith in you Canned... you have built some awesome machines...Your studies in Shermanology is nothing short of great as you have mastered many versions of that vehicle ...so I cannot see you not being able to overcome this... it really isn't that difficult...

to be honest Canned it looks brilliant but I'm no expert but I like it !!

I actually liked it better before lol... just a tad too much white... fade a little more of your original base over it ... maybe some pin line ... and I think you will be there

Thanks for showing pictures Canned you will find we care.. and only want you to succeed in something that you haven't done in a long time..
by the way ...are you using a dual control or single control airbrush... if the dual... pull your trigger a little slower... fade slowly... if you are using a single... distance is the key...with spot stroking

One thing you will find about weathering Canned... and maybe something you will keep in mind... weathering always requires layers... unlike a clean finish... where one solid coat is good enough...weathered takes a lot more...don't get discouraged... you are almost there ...

yes so did I but it was the opposite of what it should be ,now I have gone to light ,what,s an air brush ,used a damp sponge with some tam buff acrylic paint but may give it a light coat of satin varnish that will darken it a bit and you can get a bit of rough texture as well ?wot wot

HI" Cannedheat well looks not bad mate what i found with all yellow paints thay absorb any added colour you apply on top dont happen with other colours , and as i see from your tank its that problem ceiling your base coat is a must to stop colour bleeding just my painful recollections with a africa core half track i built it turnd a muddy brown over night well good luck keep on keeping on
