that h/l jagdpanther on ebay went for a good price £147

Re: h/l jagdpanther
There's always someone who has to have the first, no matter how much it costs. Mind you if I had the money then I'd have probably paid more.

Re: h/l jagdpanther
or a fool and his money are soon parted come to mind as well
Re: h/l jagdpanther
i know a guy who bought a model for £55 just to be the first to have it, but sold it to me 2 months later for £15.
Re: h/l jagdpanther
It's the same with averything from cars to ipods, some people will pay more just to be the first.
Re: h/l jagdpanther
Whoever it is must be an absolute nutter! The seller will now be expecting that price for the rest of his stock
and all other sellers will be watching very closely.

Re: h/l jagdpanther
Cant agree more, if people are stupid enough to buy something for £147 when the same seller has the same item for £120 buy it now i dont feel sorry for them, this seller has had a few jagdpanthers on ebay now, but he only lists 2 at a time one auction and one buy it now, so if the buy it now sells just wait for the next one to be listed or only bid upto £120 on the other one , eventually the price will come down but i think it will be quite a while before we see them at £50 like the Tigers, i personally dont think this is a bad price for the Jagdpanther, i mean people are buying the Mattoro KT for this price and no one is complaining about that
