For those interested also check out http://www.network54.com/forum/637977 section 40 regarding periscopes for a King Tiger build although if you get the chance read it all, its bloody awesome. The guy who started it is David Parker the editer of AFV Modeller (he has a section for his KT build there and a lot of what he does is relevant to us as well), I met him at Telford last year and saw his KT in the flesh. Although not r/c the detail is a sight to behold, VERY impressive, you could almost smell the spilt fuel and ammunition! Nice guy too, very helpful, he even gave me a free Jerry can so that I could resin mould my own.
